Dementia Bermuda is marking World Alzheimer’s Month with a September programme designed to connect families, caregivers, healthcare professionals and the wider community with practical information and support. Activities include a Family Caregiver Recognition Evening on September 15, Quiz Night fundraiser on September 18, Open House on September 21, Ask the Experts on September 22, and a Physicians and Healthcare Professionals Lunch & Learn on September 23. The month’s programme provides opportunities to learn more about dementia diagnosis, treatment, planning, caregiver wellbeing and available local support.
